This critical information helps them better focus their learning, talent development, college major, and career around the abilities that come the most natural. You are their biggest supporter while they experience the ups and downs of mastering talents and abilities in school, sports and the arts. The Parenting Children's Talents service provides counseling and education to help parents nurture their children's natural abilities, reverse under-achievement, and create supportive environments. The Developing Minds Program helps adolescents and adults discover and develop the mental abilities that come the most natural to them. Based on longitudinal and other research studies conducted by talent experts such as Benjamin Bloom, Ph.D. and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Ph.D., the people who have been able to develop their talents to full potential moved successfully through the following four stages of talent development:
